It's Sidewalk Art Stroll (http://www.sidewalkartsstroll.com/) time again. Last Thursday, May 17, we set up on the west side of the courthouse in downtown Huntsville. Spring is such a lovely time to be outside, showing our art, and meeting new art peeps! A big gully-washer storm hit Madison that night, but thankfully missed us downtown. I hadn't brought anything to cover my art pieces, so we were really lucky! I'll know better next time.
When we were beginning to break down our display, the 11x14 steam engine print on canvas turned out to be the perfect picture for a young Purdue Boilermaker graduate. He was thrilled with his purchase and it made my night. Thanks to all who came out!
We will be doing it again on Thursday, June 21, 2012, same Bat Time (4:30 to 8:30), same Bat Place (west side of the square, across from the Huntsville Art League gallery). In the meantime, if you are interested in buying a print, just drop me a line with the title, size, and paper or canvas, and I'll get back with you on the price. And keep checking, I hope to have new originals soon. Namaste!
Through art, I celebrate the beauty of Creation that many are too busy to see. Most of my paintings come from original photographs. I have original paintings and giclee prints for sale. I can get prints in many sizes, just ask! To purchase prints of my art, please email reneseigh@gmail.com with the name of the picture and the size. I have giclee prints on demand in standard sizes, starting with an 8x10 for $20 plus S&H. Continental US only, please.
